Medical cannabis, The United Arab Emirates has officially passed a federal law allowing industrial 🍃 to be used for medical and industrial purposes for the first time in its history.
This means:
• 🍃- derived products (cannabis – based) can now be prescribed
• 🍃 T must stay below 0.3%
• Only licensed doctors, pharmacies & producers can operate
• Cultivation, import & distribution are government-controlled
⚠️Recreational cannabis is still illegal.
But this opens the door to cannabis medicine, pharmaceutical 🍃 and regulated patient access inside one of the strictest law countries in the world.
This is a huge shift for the Middle East moving cannabis from a criminal issue to a regulated medical and biotech sector.
